I just wanted to extend my welcome to the rest of you "John Swaffer family" peoples! I hope that we will find this a fun and useful tool for keeping up to date with each other. I think it is a really good idea. Thanks Brian for getting it started! I plan to check it frequently, and will try to update on my behalf frequently. So, on that note...

I worked last night. It was a relatively good night...in spite of the rain. (That is my least favorite weather to work in.) I got a nice nap this morning when I got home...and Shadow seemed to enjoy it to. :-) She can be quite the lazy little dog...sleeping all night and then napping with me in the morning when I get home. :-)

I am thankful that I was able to pick up an OT shift tonight. As many of you know, I am praying for a new car...and every little bit of "extra" $ will help. So, I will be leaving home in a little while to go work in Berea tonight. (Those of you Spanish speakers in our family would have an opportunity to use your skills.) I however still resort to "sign language". ;-)
