God Answers Prayers!!

The Lord has provided so much the last couple of weeks, and it has been such a blast to watch Him answer specific prayers. We took Andrew to the pediatric dermatologist on Tuesday and after a 2 1/2 hour drive found out that he would not have to have his scar removed at all. There is no risk. They said we may want to consider removing it in his teens just for cosmetic reasons. Wow! Here we were praying for finances to pay for the operation, and He answered in a better way. Finances have been tough lately, and grocery shopping has been interesting. The Lord impressed upon leadership at church to fill our cupboards and freezer with Thanksgiving fixins' and more. What an overwhelming blessing. It felt like Christmas as we went through all the goodies. He is continually proving His faithfulness and love to us. What a joy it has been serving Him.
Lots has happened the last several weeks. We are incredibly busy with the teens, Bible clubs, work, and more. We had 4 children saved at Bible Clubs. The Lord has also opened the door in starting another at the public school down the road from us. I have been writing puppet shows and doing them with several teens. It has been quite enjoyable using some of things I went to college for.
Work around the house is slow, but every little bit makes a difference. I was able to stencil a few rooms last week. Brian also found a nice light for our kitchen.
Andrew is getting bigger every minute. He is really trying to walk, and it is quite comical indeed. He is enjoying Grandma and Grandpa being here. We are looking forward to some more of the family coming next week. We miss everyone. Love ya!
