Glad to have some new members...

Well, I am glad to see that Dad and John have both gotten logged on now. It is nice to see more people. :-)

I am currently at work. We were supposed to get a "massive" winter storm here last night! SCARY!!! ;-) Yeah, the news stations were recommending that everyone stay off the roads...and if you HAD to go out, please be sure to pack a flashlight, blankets and bottled water in your car. Now, I have to admit that I giggled a little at the thought, okay, so maybe I guffawed!!! :-D A severe winter storm warning...here??? I was trying to think of the possibility of me being "stranded" in 1/2" snow and not being able to get anywhere to get help and having to utilize my "prepared" flashlight, blanket and water. Hmm...I can't think of anywhere in Greenville County, along my normally travelled routes that I would be farther than a mile from "civilization". Haa, haa... So needless to say, when I awakened to RAIN this morning, I was not surprised... It is a VERY wet "snow" with no accumulation. ;-) I would send you all a picture, but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from summer. ;-)Well, I am going to post this...and maybe update more later...but this way if I get a call...all is not lost. :-)
